The LittleBig Smokehouse journey began with a simple idea – to transform everyday garlic and spices into artisan smoked foods crafted with care. Inspired by traditional European cold-smoking techniques, we produce small-batch smoked garlic and handmade smoked spices that deliver depth, balance and warmth.
Each product is thoughtfully created to reflect our Sunshine Coast roots, combining time-honoured methods with a modern approach to Australian gourmet seasonings.
Our process is a delicate balance of tradition and innovation. We source the finest garlic from around the world – places like Argentina, Spain and Mexico. We then meticulously hand-sort each garlic bulb before placing them into our smoking racks, where they are infused with cold wood smoke for a minimum of 72 hours.
The garlic turns a beautiful, golden colour and is imbued with a subtle yet distinctive smokey flavour, ready to be cooked and added to your favourite dishes.
