The LittleBig Smokehouse journey began with a simple idea: to transform ordinary garlic and spices into something extraordinary. Drawing inspiration from traditional European smoking techniques, we have created products that not only taste incredible, but also evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth with every bite.
Our process is a delicate balance of tradition and innovation. We source the finest garlic from around the world – places like Argentina, Spain and Mexico. We then meticulously hand-sort each garlic bulb before placing them into our smoking racks, where they are infused with cold wood smoke for a minimum of 72 hours.
The garlic turns a beautiful, golden colour and is imbued with a subtle yet distinctive smokey flavour, ready to be cooked and added to your favourite dishes.
