Smoked Paprika Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
Place chicken in a baking dish or tray.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
Squeeze over lemon juice before serving.
